{"id":19,"date":"2015-01-24T00:56:18","date_gmt":"2015-01-24T00:56:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/danielscardoso.net\/blog\/?p=19"},"modified":"2015-01-24T00:56:18","modified_gmt":"2015-01-24T00:56:18","slug":"consultant-for-the-intimate-research-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.danielscardoso.net\/blog\/archives\/19","title":{"rendered":"Consultant for the Intimate Research Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/scontent-a-lhr.xx.fbcdn.net\/hphotos-xpa1\/v\/t1.0-9\/14314_971493546200192_915704590718728358_n.png?oh=89eb65d1f654ab18d91a5d071fdc01f9&amp;oe=55233EB0\" alt=\"\" width=\"141\" height=\"141\" \/>I have just accepted a very kind invitation from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ces.uc.pt\/intimate\/\" target=\"_blank\">Intimate Research Project<\/a> to serve as one of the project&#8217;s consultants, specifically in the field of polyamory.<\/p>\n<p>I must say I&#8217;m very excited about the scope, breadth and framing of this project, and about how much it will contribute to research in an undervalued area of academia &#8211; consensual non-monogamies and transformations of intimacy that challenge the hetero-mono-normative ideal of coupledom.<\/p>\n<p>This means that, come 2016, I&#8217;ll be able to work closely with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/anacristinacaianosantos?fref=ts\" target=\"_blank\">Ana Cristina Santos<\/a> (who also participated in a <a href=\"http:\/\/danielscardoso.net\/index.php\/pt\/homepage\/85-enwebsite\/academiaen\/160-egsc2polypanel\" target=\"_blank\">panel organized around polyamory in 2013<\/a>) and the rest of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ces.intimate?ref=br_tf\" target=\"_blank\">Intimate research team<\/a> at the CES.<\/p>\n<p>Will post more news as they become available.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have just accepted a very kind invitation from the Intimate Research Project to serve as one of the project&#8217;s consultants, specifically in the field of polyamory.
